Lemon Basil Garlic Hummus

1 32oz can Garbanzo Beans
3 tbsp Tahini
3 Cloves Garlic
2 tsp Dried Basil
Juice of 1 Lemon
Lemon Zest
Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Optional: flaxseeds

Drain garbanzo beans, and set aside liquid. Add to food processor along with zest of 1/2 a lemon (zest the entire lemon, but save the other half for garnish). To the food processor, add tahini, diced garlic, dried basil, and the juice of one lemon. Process until smooth, adding small amounts of garbanzo bean liquid at a time until hummus is at the consistency you wish. Additionally, process in small amounts of salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a dish and garnish with sprinkled dried basil, the rest of the lemon zest and optional flaxseeds.
