Thyme and Rosemary Beer Bread

Terrapin Beer Company out of Athens, GA has a knack for making really great beers. The Hopsecutioner IPA, being one of my favorites, goes great in this beer bread recipe. It is an India Pale Ale packed full of rich and hearty flavors, earning its keep from the 6 types of hops used (Warrior, Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade). It is a medium bodied IPA with citrus and pine undertones.
What's with the turtle? A terrapin is a turtle that lives in brackish water (part salt, part fresh).
