Kale Pineapple Mango Smoothie

Makes 2-3 servings. Any fruit or vegetable can be substituted or added into this concoction. I like to add the banana for creaminess, and the pineapple for sweetness. I prefer smoothies over juice because I like the fiber. If you are more of a juicer, that is fine too, but you will need much more fruit and vegetable to make juice. Hang on to your juice pulp and freeze in ziplock bags for later use, like Juice Pulp Muffins.

2-3 Kale Leaves, stalks removed
1 Banana
1 C. Pineapple
1 C. Mango
1 1/2 C. Water
Handful of Ice
