Turkish and mission figs, raw cashews, mesquite almonds, chia seeds, shredded coconut
I don't actually know what to call these things. Nina said they looked like something that a bird would eat. The ones in the picture above are made using figs as a base. Today I made a different batch using dates as a base, along with the ingredients listed below. There are also other concoctions listed towards the bottom of this page.
16 oz. (454g) Whole Pitted Dates
7 oz. (~200g) OG Energy Mix: sunflower seeds, raisins, dried cranberries, toasted soy nuts, dried apples, almonds, walnuts
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
~1/4 C. Shredded Coconut for coating

Process whole pitted dates until fully chopped and set aside in mixing bowl. Process OG energy mix until roughly chopped. Add OG energy mix to mixing bowl with pitted dates, along with chia seeds. Incorporate evenly with hands. Form into balls about the size of a ping pong ball and coat with shredded coconut. Place in container and put in refrigerator for at least an hour before consuming. Keep stored in fridge.
This batch made about 20.
