Thyme & Rosemary Israeli Couscous

I'm going to be honest, time is precious and life does not always have to be from scratch. Here is a couscous salad you can whip up in under 10 minutes.

2 C. Couscous
2 C. Water
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp. Dried Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
Zest of 1 Orange
Juice of 1/2 Orange
1/2 C. Dried Cranberries
1/4 C. raw Pumpkin Seeds, roasted
Optional: a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove

Bring 2 cups water to a boil and stir in couscous.  Remove from heat and let sit, covered for 4-5 minutes. Once done, fluff with fork and add the rest of the ingredients. Serve over fresh greens or dish into warm broth.
